Quizpace ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by 9528-9468 Québec Inc., is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application and website.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, upload study materials (PDFs, notes, images), and communicate with us. This may include:

• Contact information (such as email address)
• Study materials and content uploaded to the platform
• Usage data and preferences

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Generate AI-powered flashcards and study plans
• Communicate with you about your account and updates
• Monitor and analyze trends and usage

4. Launch notification list

If you voluntarily enter your email in the Quizpace launch form, we use it only to send a confirmation email and to notify you when Quizpace launches. Joining this list does not create an account or provide early access.

Beehiiv processes and stores the email address for us as our email service provider. You must confirm the address before joining the list, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.

5. Аналітика сайту

З вашої згоди ми використовуємо Google Analytics 4, щоб розуміти, як відвідувачі користуються публічним сайтом і які сторінки ведуть до завантаження застосунку.

Ми передаємо обмежені дані про шляхи публічних сторінок, мову, категорії сторінок і контенту, дозволені параметри кампаній, пороги взаємодії зі статтями та допустимі кліки за CTA або посиланнями на магазини. Ми не передаємо навчальні матеріали, назви файлів, значення форм, ідентифікатори облікових записів або учнів, довільні параметри запиту чи рекламні дані.

За замовчуванням аналітика вимкнена. Тег Google Analytics завантажується лише після вашого дозволу. Відмова не обмежує доступ до сайту. Пізніше вибір можна змінити або відкликати через налаштування аналітики в нижній частині сайту.

Ваш вибір зберігається в цьому браузері не довше 180 днів. Дані Google Analytics зберігаються відповідно до задокументованого налаштування ресурсу. Рекламне сховище, рекламні дані користувачів і персоналізація реклами залишаються вимкненими.

Для автентифікованих інструментів браузера PostHog отримує лише дозволені події життєвого циклу, обмежені властивості когорт і внутрішній ідентифікатор після входу. 6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

7. Your Rights (Quebec Law)

In accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you have the right to access, rectify, and withdraw your consent regarding your personal information.

You can request deletion in Settings → Account → Delete account or by email at contact@quizpace.com. Email is optional for requests made in the app. We verify external requests before deleting the exact account and associated personal data, private files, generated study materials and individual learning history. We review shared data ownership; shared access does not exempt your own personal data. Our manual process aims to complete verified requests within 30 calendar days from receipt.

A completed request retains a minimal confirmation containing request status and dates for 30 days after closure. Contact details and captured account information are removed from that confirmation. This is separate from any applicable retention of legally required records or isolated backups.
